Accessibility Statement

Published: 14 October 2025 | Last reviewed: 14 October 2025

This statement explains our accessibility commitments, the steps we are taking, and how users can provide feedback. We welcome your feedback on how we can continue to improve.

Introduction

Otis is committed to providing an inclusive digital experience for all users, including those with disabilities. We aim to ensure that our platform is accessible, usable, and navigable for everyone.

Compliance Status

Otis is designed with accessibility in mind and strives to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards. We have implemented numerous accessibility features, including:

  • Keyboard navigation and focus management
  • Semantic headings and labels
  • Accessible forms with error identification and inline guidance
  • Clear link text and consistent navigation
  • ARIA support for custom interactive components

Areas Under Development

While the majority of our platform supports WCAG 2.2 Level AA criteria, we are actively working to improve in some areas:

  • Keyboard Navigation: Some tab components and custom interactive elements require refinement to ensure full keyboard accessibility.
  • Multiple Ways to Locate Pages: Navigation to certain pages is currently primarily via dashboard cards. Additional access methods are planned.

Non-Accessible Content

While our goal is full accessibility, certain areas do not yet fully meet all WCAG requirements:

  • Partial Keyboard Navigation: Some interactive components require updates to ensure they are fully operable via keyboard.
  • Content on Hover or Focus: Some popovers cannot be dismissed independently of removing focus or hover, which may limit compliance in specific instances.

We are actively working to address these issues in upcoming releases.

Content Not Within Scope

Some content is exempt from the accessibility regulations:

  • PDFs and Other Documents: Accessibility regulations do not require us to fix PDFs or other documents published before 2023. New documents are created with accessibility in mind, and we are gradually updating older materials.
  • Video Recording: Video recording and video content are not currently part of the Otis platform. This content type is out of scope for our accessibility requirements.
